Title & Real Estate Law
Brian has significant experience in all aspects of title insurance law. Brian has experience negotiating large shopping plaza leases, sales of commercial properties, residential properties, and real estate litigation.
Healthcare Law
Brian serves clients who are confronting healthcare fraud claims, physician contract reviews, challenges to their physician, nursing, or other healthcare licenses. Estate Law
As a professional and experienced attorney in New Jersey, Brian Romanowsky has become well-versed in the body of law known as Estate Law. He has dealt extensively with representing individual’s estates and serving as the executor of estates in the instance of an individual’s death. When needed, he works diligently to prepare wills, powers of attorney, and living wills for those seeking those services.
Contract Law
Clients call upon Brian to develop all forms of commercial contracts ranging from subcontractor agreements, sale agreements, employment contracts, and more. His litigation experience informs him of the areas where contracts are likely to fail where appropriate, specific language is not put to good use.
Creditor’s Rights
Having served as in-house counsel for a bank, Brian secured extensive experience with re-documentation of loans, collections on notes, and commercial suits for money due on commercial contracts. He has represented banks and commercial clients to collect money owed and can put that experience to work for you.
Litigation
Businesses of all types and sizes have relied on Brian to represent them in commercial litigation. Brian has assisted companies in disputes over large commercial leases, breach of contract issues, wrongful termination cases, patent infringement cases, suits on promissory notes and security agreements, non-competition cases, fraud, and collection matters. Rather than “churn” a file for fees, Brian believes his clients return because of his ability to cut through litigation by focusing on the end result goal and pushing litigation to that end as quickly and efficiently as possible. A satisfied client is Brian’s ultimate objective.
Employment Law
If you are the victim of wrongful termination, workplace sexual harassment or discrimination based upon your race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected status, Romanowsky Law can help you recover damages. Regardless of your job title, if you were wrongfully terminated or “constructively” terminated, you may have a claim under New Jersey’s Law Against Discrimination (“LAD”). If you were discharged or constructively discharged in retaliation for your effort to stop your employer from exercising an illegal activity, you may have a claim under the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA) and federal whistleblower protection laws. If you are the victim of a workplace environment which is rife with inappropriate sexual touching, verbal sexual assault, or other circumstances, and management has failed to redress the issues you have presented to them, you may be entitled to recover damages. Your damages may include emotional distress, and in some circumstances, punitive damages.
