Brian has developed an expertise in title law. He has handled cases related to all facets of title-related litigation including defective deeds, mortgage priority and enforceability, adverse possession, boundary line disputes, and all types of quiet title actions. Additionally, Brian has represented a number of title insurance companies that have been subject to claims made by their insureds.

 Brian’s work places him within a relatively small group of attorneys who practice title law in NJ. Title law cases are handled by the Chancery Division of the Superior Court in each county, which means Brian often appears before many of the finest judges who sit in the NJ Judiciary.

While working as in-house counsel, Brian personally handled over four hundred title-related cases and supervised the handling of many hundreds more.
